# Add wrappers, sections, and content

> Use the Build Your Own section to add empty wrappers, sections, and columns.

Use the **Build Your Own** tab to drop in a flexible, empty section anywhere in your email layout. Choose from common layouts like single, two, or three columns, then customize the padding and add your own content: text, images, buttons, and more.

You can add an empty section at any time to build out your design from scratch.
