# Aligning Frames & Content

> Learn how to align your content vertically and horizontally

The Email Love Figma Plugin provides flexibility in aligning frames and content within your email designs using Figma's Auto Layout feature. You can control both vertical and horizontal alignment to ensure your components are positioned just the way you want.

**Step-by-Step Guide to Aligning Frames and Content**

<Steps>
  <Step title="Vertical Alignment of Frames">
    * Select a section or component (e.g., a three-column layout).
    * Use **Auto Layout** settings to align the content vertically to the **Top, Middle or Bottom**.

  <Step title="Horizontal Alignment within a Frame">
    * To align content horizontally within a specific frame (e.g., an image frame), use **Auto Layout** to position the content to the left, center or right.

  <Step title="Aligning Text within Frames">
    * Select the text inside a frame, and navigate to the **Typography** section in the right-hand panel.
    * Choose from the following options: Left, Center, or Right align.
