How you manage your Email Love subscription depends on how you signed up. You can subscribe through Stripe from inside the plugin, or purchase a license through Gumroad. Both paths are fully supported.

If You Signed Up Through the Plugin (Stripe)

Upgrading from Free to a Paid Plan

Open the Account page

Open the Email Love plugin and click your profile name in the top left corner to open the Account page.

Click Upgrade plan

Click Upgrade plan.

Choose your plan

Choose Starter, Growth, or Professional.

Pick your billing period

Pick Monthly or Annual billing. Professional is billed annually.

Set your seats

Set the number of seats you need. Starter and Growth start at 1 seat, Professional at 3 seats.

Check out

Click Continue to checkout and complete the payment on the secure Stripe checkout page.
Your plan activates automatically in the plugin within a few minutes. See Email Love Subscription Plans for what each plan includes.

Changing Your Plan, Seats, or Payment Details

Open the Account page

Open the Account page in the plugin.

Choose what to change

Click Change plan / seats to switch plans or adjust seat count, or click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.

Make your changes in Stripe

In the Stripe portal you can update your payment method, view invoices, change your billing address, or cancel.
Only the workspace owner can manage billing. If you’re a member of someone else’s workspace, ask the owner to make plan changes.

If a Payment Fails

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and emails you to update your payment method. If payment can’t be collected, your workspace moves to the Free experience until billing is resolved. Update your card in the Stripe billing portal (Account page, then Manage Subscription) to restore your plan.

If You Purchased Through Gumroad

Licenses are still available for purchase on our Gumroad page, and existing Gumroad subscriptions and license keys work exactly as before:

Open your Gumroad subscription page

Go to your Gumroad subscription page (or use the Manage Subscription link on the plugin’s Account page).

Make your changes

From there you can change your plan, adjust the number of licensed seats, or update payment details.
License cost is on a per-seat basis for both Stripe and Gumroad subscriptions.
